Environments related to children are highly sensitive in terms of design and materials used. Maintaining children’s safety, along with creating a happy and attractive atmosphere, is one of the priorities for designing such spaces. This project was implemented in Satra Kindergarten located in Zafaraniyeh, Tehran. Kindergarten directors desired to create a safe, soft, and beautiful space and walls. Building walls with soft and fitting wallcovering for children, particularly in kindergartens, is very helpful because when playing and running, children suffer the least injury if they hit the walls. Therefore, Termeh Company’s felt wallcovering was recommended, which was welcomed by the kindergarten directors, and the project was designed. The design enables children to become more familiar with the outside world. It also uses a combination of occupations such as police, and firefighters, alongside pirates and princesses. The American-Indian design was also used to make the environment different and to eliminate the boredom of the occupations. After installation and implementation, the above product gave a world of color, freshness, excitement, variety, and safety to the kindergarten and resulted in customer satisfaction.
