Environments related to children are highly sensitive in terms of design and materials used. Maintaining children’s safety, along with creating a happy and attractive atmosphere, is one of the priorities for designing such spaces. This project was implemented in Boomerang Kindergarten in Tehran. Kindergarten directors requested the design of a stairway. Due to the importance of maintaining safety as well as the materials resistant to tearing and contamination, Termeh design team recommended the felt wallcovering. Due to the change in the level of the stairs’ levels and slope in the project, a different and unique design was required. In order to achieve a suitable design for the kindergarten, a cheerful child-like, and painting-like design was selected. After it was finalized and approved by the esteemed customer, the design was prepared and sent for installation. The result was an attractive and pleasant atmosphere.
